5 Fabrication and technical standards
5.1 Frame: high strength cast iron through annealing treatment and completely processing via precision machining, with strong rigidity and good anti-vibration ability.
5.2 Bedplate: welded bedplate through annealing and processing, with a high rigidity and no deformation.
5.3 Roll and bearing
(1)Roll structure: hollow smooth roll, drilled rolls are optional.
(2)Material and fabrications: made of Ni, Cr and Mo alloy through centrifugal casting
(3)Hardness: HRC60-67
(4)Depth of hardening layer: 5-23mm

double-side multiple adjusting are available.

5.7 Rod pin couplin
