5 Fabrication and technical standards
5.1 Frame: high strength cast iron through annealing treatment and completely processing via precision machining, with strong rigidity and good anti-vibration ability.
5.2 Bedplate: welded bedplate through annealing and processing, with a high rigidity and no deformation.
5.3 Roll and bearing
(1)Roll structure: hollow smooth roll, drilled rolls are optional.
(2)Material and fabrications: made of Ni, Cr and Mo alloy through centrifugal casting
(3)Hardness: HRC60-67
(4)Depth of hardening layer: 5-23mm
(5)Main bearing: anti-friction roller bearing
(6)Bearing support: casting parts through annealing process, with lubrication oil hole reserved.
(7)Roll temperature adjusting system adopts with high quality rotary joints and stainless steel hose.
5.4 Nip adjusting device
Nip adjusting is used for roll 1#, 2# and 4#, both single side adjusting and
double-side multiple adjusting are available.
5.5 Stock guide
Clearance adjusting is adopted with manual type.

5.7 Rod pin couplin
Rod pin coupling is adopted to connect speed reducer output shaft and roll, which makes a reliable and smooth running while working, as well as an easy maintenance.

(1)Bearing: there is an oil tank for this system, on which set with flow capacity adjusting, oil temperature gauge, cooler, filter and etc.
