QDJ-1200 cutting machine is mainly composed of electric motor, vane pump, electromagnetic reversing valve, relief valve, working oil cylinder, hydraulic pipeline, oil cylinder bracket, cutter, machine frame and so on.
The oil cylinder adopts HSG standard working hydraulic oil cylinder, the frame is welded with high-quality section steel, and the cutter is made of special tool steel, which is heat-treated and has a hardness of HRC60-64. The hydraulic system is placed behind the cutter frame, which makes the structure more compact.

3. Principle of hydraulic control
The hydraulic system of the QDJ-1200 cutting machine is relatively simple. The principle of the hydraulic system is composed of vane pump, relief valve and electromagnetic reversing valve. When working, the vane pump starts, and the oil reaches the reversing valve through the relief valve. Electric components such as buttons and travel switches are used to control the electromagnet on the reversing valve, so that the piston on the oil cylinder can move upward or downward. Due to the use of the M-type three-position four-direction reversing valve, when the cutting knife stops moving, the oil output by the oil pump returns directly to the oil tank through the reversing valve, and the oil circuit between the upper chamber and the lower chamber of the cylinder is cut off (through the solenoid valve) so that the oil keep in the cylinder, this increases the safety of the machine (the cutter is firmly fixed in a certain position in the cylinder so that it will not fall and hurt people due to its own weight or other reasons).

SSJ-40130 double shaft shredder use two knife rollers, one rotates clockwise and the other rotates counterclockwise. The two knife rollers rotate relative to each other. After the raw material enters the silo, the two knife rollers tear, cut, and squeeze each other to shred the material. When the material is shredded and encounters hard materials or wound materials, the two roller will reverse, push the material out of the action range of the knife roller, and then form a forward rotation, allowing the material to re-enter the action range of the knife roller, forming repeated extrusion and tearing, so as to achieve the purpose of completely tearing the material. The blade of the equipment is made of forged 42CrMo steel by heat treatment, which has high wear resistance, high toughness, strong and long service life, and can be continuously cut in production. The equipment is suitable for shredding waste tires of ≤1200mm (including all-steel, semi-steel, and bias tires, note: the two steel rings of the tire must be pulled out in advance) to shred the whole tire. When the equipment is in normal operation, it is forbidden to put metal objects or stones into the equipment.
